Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may contact us by simply sending us a text. 

Please allow sufficient time to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We value your business and will do everything we can to accommodate, however, our policies are strictly enforced.

CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN:

• 24 hours for Esthetics and Registered Massage
• 72 hours for Permanent Makeup
• 48 hours for Cosmetic Injections

LATE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE FEES:

• 50% of service costs for Esthetics, Registered Massage, and Permanent Makeup Services
• $75 for Cosmetic Injections
• $25 for B12 or Slim Shot

NO SHOWS:

• Full service cost for Esthetics, Registered Massage, and Permanent Makup
• $150 for Cosmetic Injections (cancel/reschedule within 6 hours is considered a no show)
• $25 for B12 or Slim Shot

CONSULTATIONS FOR COSMETIC INJECTIONS:

• $25 for canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours
