If you're unable to use your service, you may gift it to a friend or family member once per calendar year.

Not at all. You can pick from any facial treatments in your membership tier. You can mix it up month-to-month or do a series of one treatment consecutively - we will access your skin when you come in to determine which facial is best for you that day.

There is a 3-month commitment, which will automatically renew every 3 months, with payments withdrawn monthly.

After your 3-month commitment has completed you can cancel by emailing us at hello@beautyroom.ca with 30 days written notice.

Membership price plus HST are paid with a credit card, on file with us, in our secure appointment and membership program called Mangomint, processed by Stripe. 

Your credit card will be billed monthly on the date that your membership was originally set up.

You and your friend must come in on the same day to take advantage of the perks which includes 10% off services (except Cosmetic Injections), 20% laser hair removal packages, 15% off medical-grade skincare and spa products.
