Please allow sufficient time to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We value your business and will do everything we can to accommodate, however, our policies are strictly enforced.
CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN:
- 24 hours for Esthetics and Massage Therapy
- 72 hours for Permanent Makeup
- 48 hours for Cosmetic Injections
Late Cancel or Reschedule Fees
(canceling or rescheduling within the above time is considered a late cancel/reschedule even if the appointment is rebooked at another day)
- 50% of service costs for Esthetics and Permanent Makeup Services
- $75 for Cosmetic Injections
No Show
(cancel/reschedule within 6 hours is considered a no-show)
- Full service cost for Esthetics and Permanent Makeup
- $150 for Cosmetic Injections
