ADVANCED FACIALS Advanced Facials are timed and customized based on your skin, with add-ons selected individually and brow services booked separately.
BARE SKIN FACIAL CLUB Facial Club includes all facial add-ons every month and a brow shaping, allowing your esthetician to customize your treatment without limits, upsells, or additional charges. As an added bonus, gratuities are included and you receive 15% off other services and skincare products.

What if I'm unable to use my service for the month?
If you're unable to use your service, you may gift it to a friend or family member once per calendar year.
Where can I use the product discounts?
Discounts on products apply to in-store and online purchases.
Is there a time commitment for the memberships?
There is a 3-month commitment, which will automatically renew every 3 months, with payments withdrawn monthly.
Can only change tiers upon 3-month renewal.
How do I cancel my membership?
After your 3-month commitment has completed you can cancel by emailing us at hello@beautyroom.ca with 30 days written notice.

Can I put my membership on hold?
Membership can be put on hold one month per calendar year.
Are the gratuities included?
Gratuities on the facial is included! HST Is not.
How do I pay for my membership?
You can join here. Membership price plus HST are paid with a credit card, on file with us, in our secure appointment and membership program called Mangomint, processed by Stripe.
Your credit card will be billed monthly on the date that your membership was originally set up.
How does my friend qualify for the perks?
You and your friend must come in on the same day to take advantage of the perks which includes 15% off services (except Cosmetic Injections and massages over 60 minutes), 25% laser packages, 15% off medical-grade skincare and spa products.
