What if I'm unable to use my service for the month?

If you're unable to use your service, you may gift it to a friend or family member once per calendar year.

Is there a time commitment for the memberships?

There is no time commitment! You can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my membership?

No hidden fees or penalties.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Membership can be put on hold one month per calendar year.

Are the gratuities included?

An 18% gratuity will be automatically charged to the card on file at the end of your appointment.

How do I pay for my membership?

Membership price plus HST are paid with a credit card, on file with us, in our secure appointment and membership program called Fresha, processed by Stripe. 

Your credit card will be billed monthly on the date that your membership was originally set up.

How does my friend qualify for the perks?

You and your friend must come in on the same day to take advantage of the perks which includes 10% off services (except Cosmetic Injections and massages over 60 minutes).
