What if I'm unable to use my service for the month?

If you're unable to use your service, you may gift it to a friend or family member once per calendar year.

Is there a time commitment for the memberships?

There is no time commitment! You can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my membership?

Can I put my membership on hold?

Membership can be put on hold one month per calendar year.

Are the gratuities included?

Gratuity isn't included in the membership price. An 18% gratuity will be automatically charged to the card on file at the end of your appointment.

How do I pay for my membership?

Membership is billed monthly to the card on file through our booking system (Mangomint).

How does my friend qualify for the perks?

You and your friend must come in on the same day to take advantage of the perks which includes 10% off services (except Cosmetic Injections and massages over 60 minutes).
