The First 48 Hours Decide How Long It Lasts

This is the part clients underestimate, and it is the single biggest reason a lift drops early. The curl continues settling after you leave the studio. Water, heat and steam during that settling window relax the lift and can weaken or undo it.

The manufacturer of the keratin system we use is unambiguous about the timing: keep the lashes dry for a full 48 hours. Not four hours, and not overnight. A practical tip is to shower before your appointment rather than after it.

Why the Result Fades Instead of Ending

A keratin lash lift is generally quoted at eight to twelve weeks. That range confuses people, because it sounds like the result should stop on a particular day and it never does. The reason is in how lashes grow.

The lift lives on the lashes that were on your lid the day you had it done. It cannot travel to a lash that has not grown yet. So the effect ends lash by lash, as each treated lash reaches the end of its life and is replaced by a new one growing in straight.

Will lifting damage my natural lashes?

Can I wear mascara afterwards?
