Do you provide RMT receipts for insurance?

Yes — all of our Registered Massage Therapy treatments are performed by licensed RMTs and receipts are issued under the therapist’s registration number for insurance reimbursement.

What types of RMT massage do you offer?

Our RMTs provide therapeutic, relaxation, deep-tissue, and tension-relief massage. Your session is customized based on your goals, pressure preference, posture, and muscle tightness.

Is RMT covered by my benefits plan?

Most extended health plans cover Registered Massage Therapy. Coverage varies by provider, so we recommend checking your plan details. We will provide a receipt you can submit for reimbursement.

Can I book RMT for stress or tension, not pain?

Absolutely. Many clients book RMT sessions to relieve stress, jaw tension, neck and shoulder tightness, and screen-related posture strain. Your therapist will tailor the treatment to how your body feels that day.

What is buccal massage?

Buccal massage is a sculpting facial technique performed both externally on the face and inside the mouth. It allows us to access the jaw and cheek muscles that commonly hold tension from clenching, grinding, stress, and posture — supporting relaxation, de-puffing, and natural facial contour.

What does buccal massage help with?

Clients book buccal massage for jaw tightness, clenching, puffiness through the cheeks or jawline, facial fatigue, and to support natural sculpting. Many experience both visible de-puffing and deep muscular relief.

Does buccal massage hurt?

No — buccal massage should not be painful. Some areas may feel tight or deeply stretched, similar to releasing a sore muscle, but your esthetician always works gently and within your comfort level.

How many buccal massage sessions do I need?

You can benefit from a single session, especially for tension or before an event. For longer-term muscle conditioning, many clients schedule 3–6 sessions spaced a few weeks apart, with maintenance as needed.

Is buccal massage included in Beauty Club membership discounts?
